Each class will guide you through a sequence that combines movement on the pole with climbs, non-inverted tricks, and combos designed to build strength, confidence, and control. You’ll learn how to connect tricks seamlessly while developing musicality, flow, and your own unique style. We’ll break down each section step by step, giving you time to embody the movement and create a more effortless connection with the pole. Prerequisite: Pre-intermediate pole experience with some spin pole experience recommended
