This class focuses on power spins, flares, tip-offs, static tumbles, flips, and other exciting static pole techniques while building strength, control, and confidence. You'll learn how to generate movement without a spinning pole and discover the unique creativity that static pole has to offer. This is an intermediate-level class, and students should be comfortable climbing, inverting, and performing aerial movements. Prerequisite: Students must already have a solid inside leg hang and outside leg hang. Come ready to challenge yourself, build power, and learn to love the thrill of static pole. 🔥
