Service Description

This class uses chair and floor dancing for a mix of sculpting and choreography. Find countless ways to use a chair and floor for looking hot, while feeling the burn and learning how to create flow and choreography. ✨What to wear: Barefoot or Heels welcome for experienced students (think of them as ankle weights!). Leggings recommended. Not required, but knee pads and/or ankle weights if desired.
