Beginner Pole Dance

Service Description

✨Our beginner program is for those who are just starting pole or for those who prefer not to invert! You will learn conditioning exercises for the pole that help increase your strength and desensitize your skin alongside basic pole dance skills, and 1-2 beginner spins a class! You will flow together a combo of what you've learned to different music styles. 💜This is an all levels class! 💜Wear anything you are comfortable in, have so much fun and watch your confidence grow.
